The launch of the “Glonass-M” navigation satellite was moved to the first decade of the September.

The source in rocket-space industry reported to “Interfax-AVN” that the launch of the rocket-carrier “Soyz-2.1b” with the “Glonass-M” SC from Plestsk launching site(Arkhangelsk region) was assigned for 25 of September.
Originally the launch of the rocket-carrier “Soyz-2.1b” with the “Glonass-M” SC from Plestsk launching site (Arkhangelsk region) was assigned for first decade of September.
The fact that the unit won’t rise into the air, became known only in few hours before the start.
The move of the start date associated with the work of the commission to investigate the reasons of the «Soyuz-U "rocket with  transport cargo spacecraft" Progress M-12M " failure - said the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman in Space Forces Vitali Vyatkin.

"Soyuz-2.1b" would be tested. Booster will be removed from the launch pad and disassemble by removing the satellite itself, the boost mechanism and stages, and sent to the assembly and testing complex.
